Her training spans psychology, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, clinical hypnotherapy, executive coaching and Mental Health First Aid. She writes for capable adults who want to understand the invisible systems shaping their work, identity, nervous system and relationships. Her body of work, published under the umbrella Human Systems Design for the Inner Life, is the most complete map currently in print of the hidden systems shaping modern adult experience.

    Donna Sunario BSc is an Author, Behaviour Strategist and Educator whose work explores the hidden systems shaping how people work, cope, relate, recover and live.

    Of London based Irish Indonesian heritage, Donna brings a cross cultural perspective shaped by living and working across multiple countries and industries. That kind of background produces someone who watches the invisible rules. Long before there was language for it, she was reading the systems in the room, who held power, who held silence, what was rewarded, what was punished, what was said and what was felt.

    Her professional life has spanned twenty-five years inside Goldman Sachs, BP and Accenture, working close to senior leadership and executive decision-making. Alongside that corporate arc, her training covers psychology, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, clinical hypnotherapy, executive coaching, behavioural change and Mental Health First Aid.

    Her body of work, published under a single intellectual umbrella, Human Systems Design for the Inner Life, treats a person as a system of systems: nervous system, identity, beliefs, behaviour, relationships, environment. Each book applies the method to a different inner system. Together they form the most complete map currently in print of the hidden architecture shaping modern adult life.
