Can you remember the last time you felt like yourself?
Not the capable one. Not the one who holds it all together. You.
You are the person everyone leans on and nobody worries about. You sense what a person needs before anyone says it. You feel the weight of other people's problems land on you and you pick it up without thinking, because that is what you do. From the outside you look completely fine.
And somewhere in the last twenty years, you went quiet inside.
You stopped noticing what you wanted. You learned to want less, ask for less, need less. You got so good at carrying everyone else that you cannot feel your own life anymore. You know this. You feel it most on ordinary days, the ones where nothing is wrong and you still feel like a stranger in your own skin.
So let me ask you something. If you already understand the pattern, why can you not break it on your own?
Reclaimed is the answer to that question.
You can name the pattern now, but why can't you change it?
If you have read my books, The Loneliness You Can't Explain, Full Life, Empty Inside, Why Can't I Relax and The Self-Reliance Trap, or any other books in my catalogue, you know the shape of this by heart. The over functioning. The guilt that creeps in the moment you rest. The way being capable quietly means being handed more. You can see it clearly. You understand it better than most people ever will.
And yet, you still cannot change it on your own. Why?
Because understanding why you do something and actually doing something different are two separate jobs. Seeing the pattern is the first. Breaking it is the second, and it happens in the body, in the moment, under pressure, not in the part of you that reads and nods and agrees.
That gap, between knowing and doing, is exactly where a book runs out and a person has to step in.
That is what this is. The one to one version of the work the books start. Someone beside you while you reclaim you, in real life, not in theory.

Why would you trust me to guide you back to your own life?
Fair question. Here is my honest answer.
I am not a coach who read about pressure in a textbook. I spent more than twenty five years working in highly demanding environments, including Goldman Sachs, BP and Accenture. I know what that environment does to a capable woman, because I lived it.
But it was never only work. I am in my fifties. I have raised a child on my own. I have been the one everyone leans on while having no one to lean on myself. I know what it is to hold everything together while quietly wondering who is holding me.
There are plenty of coaches out there, and most offer one of these things. One qualification, or one kind of experience. I have all three. The academic training, in forensic psychology, psychotherapy and counselling, alongside NLP and clinical hypnotherapy. The corporate years, inside the exact pressure you are living. And the personal experience, because I have lived your life, not just studied it. That combination is rare. It is why I can guide you where a single qualification, or good intentions alone, cannot.
I did it with no one beside me. That is precisely why I want to be beside you.
What would three months of this actually look like?
Three months. Six sessions, one every fortnight, by video, so wherever you are never gets in the way. We book all six dates at the start, so you can plan your life around them instead of fitting them in.
After each session you get a short written note, so the work stays alive in the two weeks between us, not just in the hour we share. Between sessions you have one direct line to me for the moments that cannot wait. There are sensible limits, so it is there when you need it without swallowing your time or mine.
This is not advice you could have found yourself. It is not another worksheet. It is two people, one of them trained to see what you cannot, working on the one thing you have never managed to shift alone.
And at the end? You rest without feeling you are getting away with something. You hand back what was never yours to carry. You stop running on empty. You reclaim being you again.
Why is this not just a checkout button?
Because this only works when I can give each person my full attention, and that means I take very few at a time.
So I ask you to apply, not just pay. You tell me a little about where you are. If it is a fit, I will invite you to begin. If it is not, I will tell you honestly and point you somewhere that suits you better. Either way, you get a straight answer from a real person.
Before you apply, have a look at the books. See which one feels like it was written about you. Then, when you apply, tell me which book or books landed, so I can shape this around exactly what you need rather than something general.
