Donna's career placed her close to senior leaders, complex operations, competing priorities and global expectations. She observed, in real time, how ambition, responsibility, hierarchy, change and uncertainty shape behaviour and decision making.
Alongside that corporate career she studied psychology, counselling, mental health, behavioural change, hypnotherapy and coaching, which allowed her to compare what the research suggested with what capable people actually did when pressure increased.
The conclusion was consistent. Many of the problems organisations treat as individual are produced by the systems people work inside. That is the material she now writes about and brings into corporate sessions as an Author, Behaviour Strategist and Educator.
